Most used parts come with a 90-day exchange or money-back guarantee. We also have a 12-month unlimited mileage parts protection plan that can be purchased with any used part. Ask one of our Sales Associates for more information. Electrical components are non refundable.  We do not sell test parts, so make sure the part you are purchasing is the actual one you need.  Parts subject to a 20% restocking fee if the part is not damaged or defective.

 

 

 

Remanufactured European and British Transmissions

 

All European and British remanufactured transmissions come standard with our 24 month unlimited mileage nationwide, transferable parts and labor.  Labor is covered up to $500.00 @ mitchell book time. 

 

We also offer extended warranties for all of our transmissions, please speak with your sales associate for more info.

 

 

Remanufactured Asian and Domestic Transmissions

 

All other remanufactured transmissions come standard with our 2 year, 24,000 mileage Parts and Labor Warranty. Labor is covered up to $500.00 @ mitchell book time.

Remanufactured Engines

On our remanufactured engines we offer a standard 12 month unlimited mileage nationwide, transferable parts warranty.

 

An extended parts and labor warranty is available upon request.  Please speak with your sales associate for specific warranty options. 

 

Terms for Remanufactured Transmissions

• If your transmission should fail during the Warranty Period we will pay for necessary repairs up to $55 per hour times the Mitchell rate, up to $500 maximum per incident as long as the repairs are performed by a licensed repair facility.

  Warranty includes removal and re-install if necessary.

  If we believe that problems have occurred due to faulty installation, we will ask that the transmission be returned to us for inspection by one of our technicians. If this occurs, we will pay ground shipping both ways. Claims that result from accident, alteration, abuse, neglect, improper installation or maintenance shall void the warranty.
